I’m a web developer currently residing in Chicago, IL. I have been programming for most of my life and it is one of my great passions. Keeping up with the rapid pace of technology development is the challenge that keeps me motivated. I excel at quickly learning and applying new technologies.
I am currently employed as a Software Engineer at Donlen, a subsidiary of Hertz that specializes in vehicle fleet management. My role is a full stack web developer working on our primary fleet management website used internally and by our clients. I use Java 8 on the backend and JavaScript on the frontend via an MVVM framework called Ext JS. My current project is a revamp of our reporting system which builds custom reports spanning all of our databases. It is a user friendly interface to build any kind of report our users desire.
I’m a big fan of building powerful computers and playing with Linux. In my spare time I build Unreal Engine 4 video games in C++ and APIs to communicate with them. My other hobbies include cycling, tennis, and skiing.
I'm only a simple form away!
